Julia is a Director of Client Delivery & External Relations at WB&B Executive Search. She has experience in executive search, talent pipelining and market research with deep expertise in full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing strategy development, candidate courtship, and client management.

She has a commitment to identifying inclusive slates of high performing talent for clients across a variety of industries in corporate America. In partnership with business leaders and HR professionals, Julia ensures client satisfaction through transparent, collaborative and high-touch engagement to identify needs across the organization, obtain information on ideal candidate profile and nuances of the opportunity/roles, which in essence enables the successful courtship of the highest caliber of candidates for opportunities across the business enterprise.

Julia’s track record of candidate placements and client engagements have been instrumental in WB&B’s ability to build and maintain partnerships while streamlining internal operations to ensure continuous improvement and success for the client.

Prior to client delivery, Julia supported WB&B’s senior partners with strategic sourcing,  candidate courtship and business development initiatives. She has a passion for organizational improvement through employee development and engagement, and talent courtship.

Julia earned her Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CUNY Queens College.
