Timothy (Tim) Michel is currently a Senior Director, Client Delivery & Business Development at WB&B Executive Search and Talent Solutions. He works directly with the firm’s valued clients on key engagements in order to achieve successful outcomes. Since joining the firm in 2020, Tim has successfully managed and maintained relationships with both candidates and clients across leading industries and functions. His industry expertise includes: insurance, financial services, retail, non-profit, consumer packaged goods, and manufacturing. Tim’s leadership has been instrumental in providing inclusive candidate slates which have resulted in pivotal placements for WB&B clients.

Additionally, Tim is responsible for leading the firm's business development efforts to identify and build long-standing relationships with organizations across industries. He conveys WB&B’s differentiators and value proposition to potential clients in order to position the firm as a talent acquisition partner with the goal of augmenting client strategies to identify hidden talent pools of high performers for critical roles within their respective organizations.

Prior to joining WB&B, Tim worked in both finance and hospitality at WeWork. During his tenure, he supported billing and accounts receivable efforts addressing customer issues and engaging with potential and current tenants to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Tim obtained his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
